Instead of complaining and constantly trying to repeal "ObamaCare", Congress should actually do something constructive in relation to the Affordable Health Care Act. Congress needs to stop going through the motions of filing bills, which go nowhere, to repeal the Affordable Health Care Act. We get it; the Affordable Health Care Act has flaws and economic pitfalls.

It is understandable that there are questions with the IRS having the power to collect penalties, taxes, and fines with respect to the Affordable Health Care Act.

Congress needs to be productive rather than reactive when it comes to dealing with health care.

Let's concentrate efforts to amend/fix and improve the Affordable Health Care Act with real solutions to make the Act acceptable to all.  The addiction of Congress repealing ObamaCare is to give insurance companies back the power to deny coverage to people with pre-existing conditions, drop coverage if you become sick, and impose lifetime limits; therefore, protecting obscene profits of the insurance healthcare industry and drug companies.

Mr. Speaker, you keep saying: competition is good!  Well, how about a public option and private option with buying health insurance over state lines?  Then, we'll see how the market responds.
